I’ve also held leadership roles in organizations such as Brooklin Toastmasters and Business and Professional Women of Durham, where I’ve fostered community growth and collaboration. As President and Growth Coordinator of my BNI chapter, I led a 60% increase in membership, and I’ve contributed to small business development as a member of the Durham College Small Business and Entrepreneur Advisory Council.

My coaching foundation is built on world-class training. I am a certified executive coach and a Founding Member of the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, trained by Dr. John C. Maxwell, the world’s #1 leadership expert.
